Chinese government going to increase the country's gold

The Chinese government has plan to increase the country's gold reserves, which may be of force to push gold prices even higher in the future.

"The government will choose a proper time to increasing gold reserves, but it still depends on the market and the global gold price, which is now at $1,400 per ounce," 

 Gold has been preferred by the global market in the present economic situation. According to some experts, gold price may surge to $1,600 in 2011.
